On Saturday, October 29, Group A of GiiKs Game City‘s (GGC) highly anticipated Rep a Country E-soccer World Cup was held in the Madagastar Esports Arena inside the West Hills Mall in Accra, Ghana.

Six of the nation’s best esports teams competed in the group, including GL Legends, PlayProvince, Canvic Records, Eze Gaming Hub, Black Squad, and Xplosion Esports, for one of the group’s four slots to the event’s Quarter-Finals (QF).

Each team represented a country that will be participating in the 2022 FIFA World Cup to be held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18. Below are the teams and the countries they represented at the event:

GL Legends, representing their home country of Ghana, finished third.
