Accra Esports Week, a week-long celebration of gaming culture, competitive tournaments, and networking opportunities brought together gamers, developers, industry leaders, and enthusiasts from across the country and beyond. The Accra Esports Week is not just an event but a platform to showcase the immense potential of esports in Ghana, creating pathways for growth, education, and global recognition.

Ghana has witnessed a rapid rise in the popularity of esports over the past decade. From casual gaming meetups to organised tournaments, the gaming community has grown exponentially, fueled by increasing internet penetration, access to affordable gaming devices, and the rise of social media platforms that connect players. Accra, as the hub of Ghana’s digital innovation, has been at the forefront of this growth.
