GFA release 32-man list for eTrophy Grand Final

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) have released the list of 32 gamers who have made it to the Grand Finals (GF) of the eTrophy Championships to be held at the Alisa Hotel in North Ridge, Accra on May 14.

The 32 gamers made it through an intense pre-qualifying stage which saw over 128 gamers compete for a slot in the Grand Finals of the competition.

As a measure to get the top gamers to participate, the nine esports clubs in Ghana verified by FIFA to play in the FIFAe Club Series were given automatic slots for one top player each from their teams. The remaining 23 slots were battled for by other gamers.

The list sees the nation’s best FIFA gamers such as Alfred Kalu, Abduli Habibu Sulley, Prince Jonas, Frank Kpakpo and Emmanuel Gollo set to showcase their talents for a slot in Ghana’s 6-man team for the FIFAe Nations Cup set to be held in Denmark from July 27 to 30.
