Ghanaian esports athlete Prince Jonas who plays for PlayProvince believes he may be the best PlayStation 4 (PS4) FIFA22 player in the country right now.
This comes following his back-to-back victories at the FIFA vs PES Independence Battle held on March 6 and the Independence Day FIFA22 Cup only a day later on March 7.
Jonas who was speaking in an exclusive interview with EAN revealed why he decided to enter the two tournaments.
“Currently FIFA22 I am on form and I am not playing out there that much, I am always playing at home with my personal trainer.”
“So they’ve [friends] been saying that the way I am on form, time is going. I have to prove to people that I am really on form, so I can’t just be that good and sit at home meanwhile tournaments are going on.”
Jonas also spoke about his lack of experience with Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) going into the FIFA vs PES tournament but stated his belief that he is the best FIFA22 player the country has to offer in PS4 “With the PlayStation 4 I don’t play PES, the FIFA vs PES, that was the first time I played PES21, I have never played the game but when it comes to FIFA22 on PS4 I think I am the best.”
The PlayProvince FIFA gamer further stated his belief that he will be one of the gamers to represent Ghana at the 2022 FIFAe Nations Series, as the competition will be held on the PlayStation 4 console “I have the advantage to do that, it’s my field. So if it’s PS4 then I think I am the one to represent Ghana.”
