Nigerian esports organisation, the Outlaws, have revealed their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) team for the coming season.
The team will be led by Digulous and includes names such as Vlad, Matrix, Swaz and Dave in the regular team with Konningkiller to serve as the team’s sub.
The announcement of the team was done on Outlaws’ social media handles “introducing a new chapter in Outlaws with CS:GO,” welcoming the team.
Outlaws, back in March, revealed their official PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile team roster to form the game’s competitive wing of the organisation.
The 8-member team, including gamers Psycho, Roi, Zero, tp55EPIK, Sunny, Shaxx, Shad and Steriods, had their first test at last month’s Pan-African tournament Gamr X.
The competition brought together some of the best gamers from 9 countries from the Western and Central regions of the continent to duke it out in 4 different games for a combined prize pool of $15,000.
One of those games was PUBG Mobile which saw Outlaws finish in fourth place, securing 49 points, 20 points behind eventual winners Drgn Limitless and 4 points from a place on the podium.
