The Group A fixtures for the highly anticipated GiiKs Game City (GGC) Rep a Country E-soccer World Cup have been released ahead of the competition’s October 29 kickoff at the Madagastar Esports Arena inside the West Hills Mall in Accra, Ghana.
The 2022 Rep a Country E-soccer World Cup, which will be played in EA Sports’ FIFA 2023, is the competition’s second edition, and it is staged to provide football fans and gamers with a pre-World Cup experience ahead of the FIFA 2022 World Cup, which will be hosted in Qatar from November 20 to December 18.
Canvic Records, Eze Gaming Hub, Xplosion Esports, Black Squad, GL Legends, and PlayProvince will represent Brazil, Germany, Senegal, Argentina, Ghana, and the Netherlands, respectively, as they compete in 2v2 matches for Group A’s four spots to the knockout stage of the competition.
Canvic Records’ Brazil will meet the German Eze Gaming Hub team in the opening round of the Rep a Country E-soccer World Cup, while Xplosion Esports, who will be using the Senegalese national team, will face Black Squad’s Argentina. The Netherlands, controlled by PlayProvince, face a Ghana team controlled by GL Legends.
