SA rapper Nasty C named COD: Mobile brand ambassador

Activision Blizzard has officially announced that South African (SA) rapper Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo, popularly known as Nasty C, will be serving as the organisation’s Call of Duty (COD): Mobile brand ambassador.

The gaming giant made the announcement on their official Call of Duty: Mobile Twitter handle, revealing that the rapper “will host livestreams and in-person events to promote COD Mobile to South African gamers.”

This announcement comes following the launch of a Call of Duty: Mobile South Africa server by Activision Blizzard in partnership with African game publishing company Carry1st back on September 14 allowing players across Africa the chance to “enjoy a dedicated server and compete seamlessly with others around the world.”

Carry1st who will be working closely with Nasty C also about the partnership stating “We’re partnering with South African rapper Nasty C to bring COD: Mobile to you! Join the action through livestreams and in-person events hosted by Nasty C and Carry1st.”
