xProjekt Esports partners with IFC

The Moroccan esports organisation, xProjekt Esports, has announced their partnership with the French esports tournament platform, the IFC.

xProjekt Esports, which claimed both the African Champions League and the African Super League this year, announced the partnership on their social media platforms, stating that they “are pleased to announce their partnership for the upcoming seasons.”

Tristan Lécuyer, the co-founder of the IFC, also spoke following the announcement, revealing he is looking forward to working with the African champions. “The IFC is officially the new partner of xProjekt Esport, the best African team in virtual football. Kings of Morocco, they are the only team that won 2 African Champions Leagues.”

“They will help us develop in North Africa by onboarding Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia, and Libya [into] our network of competitions. The next chapter begins!”

xProjekt Esports, which is a team focused on FIFA 22 Pro Clubs and Ultimate Team, has been impressive this year, winning competitions in Morocco, Tunisia, and Europe, leading to the Moroccan side being ranked as the 10th best team in the Virtual Pro Gaming (VPG) World Rankings.
