Galactech wins 2022 AfricArena-Best Growth Startup
The Tunisian entertainment esports startup, Galactech, claimed the Best Growth Startup prize at the North African Summit of the 2022 AfricArena, which was held from August 30-31 in Tunis, Tunisia.
This was announced by Galactech on their social media platforms, thanking everyone who supported them “We are honoured to share with you that Galactech won [the] AfricArena 2022 Best Growth Startup. We’re extremely grateful that we got to take part in such an amazing event, and we’re even more delighted to be chosen as winners.”

The AfricArena is an African tech accelerator that runs corporate open innovation challenges throughout the African continent.
Going into its fifth year, AfricArena has the privilege of operating in three key spheres that underpin Africa’s economic landscape. These are: tech startups, corporations, and investors (i.e. angel investors, VCs, CVCs, and other institutional investors).
AfricArena aims to bring these three spheres together through open innovation challenges in collaboration with corporations, in order to foster co-investment and collaboration that can move the continent’s economies and peoples forward.
