GeSF makes International Relations appointments

The Ghana Esports Federation (GeSF) has announced the appointments of Ziem Paul Nminbaguro and Annabel Ashalley-Anthony as the federation’s International Relations and Vice International Relations, respectively.

Paul and Annabel join a growing list of appointments this month which has seen individuals such as Delali Phrank Awutey (Communication Director), Oscar Mawuli Nuwati (Deputy Communication Director), Henry Boye (Strategic Partnership), Sergio-Francis Essien (Technical Director), Ebenezer Nii Tackie Laryea (Vice President), Samuel Amankwaa-Frempong (Deputy Vice President), Rev. Nicky Kwame Oduro (Treasurer), Kenneth Ato Bilson Ogoe (Deputy Treasurer), Samuel Osei (Players Commissioner), Fifi Nokoe (Operation Manager), Sekyere Steven (General Secretary) and Yuba Rahamani (Standardization Director) take up roles to aid in the federation’s mission to develop esports in Ghana.

The duo’s appointment, according to the GeSF, will aid the federation’s “diplomatic missions between nations and primarily with foreign policies in Ghana esports.”

Speaking following her appointment, Melanin Gamers‘ founder Annabel Ashalley-Anthony stated, “Proud to announce that I’ve been appointed Vice International Relations for the Ghana Esports Federation.”

“This is a huge step for me and the work Melanin Gamers has been doing. We’ll continue striving towards creating more opportunities for the gaming industry in Ghana.”

Paul and Annabel have extensive esports and digital media experience, as Paul is the founder of NerdCore Studio, which offers solutions for business, media, information technology, and digital entertainment. Meanwhile, Annabel is the founder of the Melanin Gamers community, which looks to promote diversity and inclusivity in the video games industry.
