If you’re a virtual fighter itching to test your mettle, here are the details you need to know: Each day will feature one fighting tournament, with entry free of charge but restricted to a maximum of 16 players. A generous pool of R1,500 in mall vouchers awaits the winners, with the first-place contender taking home R1,000 and the runner-up receiving R500.
The action-packed event schedule spans three days at each mall, ensuring there is ample opportunity for gamers to participate. It is important to note that walk-in registration will open one hour before the listed start time and close 10 minutes before the matches commence. Each heat will be limited strictly to 16 players, ensuring a fair and competitive environment for all.
The SHIFT Gaming Experience will grace several esteemed shopping centres, starting with Somerset Mall in the Western Cape from April 21st to 23rd. It will then move on to Rosebank Mall in Gauteng from May 12th to 14th, followed by Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Complex from May 26th to 28th. The Glen Shopping Centre will host the event from June 30th to July 2nd, while Clearwater Mall will welcome gamers from July 14th to 16th. The SHIFT Gaming Experience will culminate in a spectacular finale at Canal Walk in the Western Cape from August 23rd to 27th.
