Lady Legasus door is open to all female gamers

Ghanaian Apex Legends gamer, Ritalucia Henry-Andoh, popularly known as “Lady Legasus,” has stated that her home is open to all female gamers and ladies looking to enter the gaming space.

Ritalucia, who is the country’s highest-ranked Caustic player, made the statement during an exclusive interview on the EAN Podcast, stating her desire to improve the female gaming industry in the country.

“I want us to play more games that are not just Sims or FIFA or Mortal Kombat. I want girls to try out Apex Legends. I want more girls in Warzone. So honestly, my house is open. If you are a girl and you want to try out a new game, come to my house. There is internet, come and download it.”

Lady Legasus also spoke about her plans to create a female gaming community, stating that she will be looking to introduce more female-centric tournaments and events.

“I want to create a community of people who are actually interested in gaming. There are a lot of gamer girls in Africa and I want to bring them closer together.”

“I want more women to know that gaming is open to them. By introducing more tournaments, I am going to have more events where it’s just women who come to hang out. There will be games involved, but if you don’t want to play, that is fine. Just come and hang out with your friends.”
