The Sahel Esports Championship is a FIFA 22 competition in which some of the best gamers from the Sahel region, including Senegal, Burkina Faso, Chad, Mali, and Niger, will compete for a prize pool of 1,250,000 CFA (approximately $2,000).

The event will take place as part of Novembre Numérique, the Institut Français’ global celebration of digital cultures, and with the support of the Sahel Culture Mobility Fund. The Senegalese Association of Gamers (SENGAMES), Univers des Champions (UDC), MOG Media Design, Futurcom Planet, SAGES, and ENTER AFRICA are all supporting the event.

Mo now has until November 23 to prepare before facing the best players from Senegal, Burkina Faso, Chad, Mali, and Niger for both the tournament title and a significant share of the 1,250,000 CFA (about $2,000) prize fund.
