Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) Esports has officially announced the signing of Djibouti esports athlete, Amarr Fathi, to their 2022/2023 FIFA roster.

The team revealed the Djiboutian’s signing on their official Twitter handle, stating that he will be partnering with Ilias “NKantee” El Rhazzaz for the upcoming season. “PSG Fam, make some noise and welcome Amarr Fathi to our FIFA team!! He will partner up with NKantee and join our world-class PSG Esports roster for 22–23! Together we will achieve greatness.”

Amarr also spoke about his signing, stating that he is very proud to join PSG Esports and can’t wait for the 2022/2023 season to kick off. “Very proud to announce my signature at PSG Esports. Can’t wait to start this new season!”

PSG Esports, who won bronze at the 2022 eLigue 1, will be hoping that the signing of the promising FIFA gamer who won the 2022 eLigue 1 MVP award will propel them to greater heights in the coming season, something their teammate, Johann “ManiiKa” Simon, also hopes for. “Good Luck to you both Amarr Fathi and NKantee for next season! I hope you will arrive where we failed, so close to the goal this season.”
