As part of this partnership, Jota’s very own esports venture, Diogo Jota Esports, will undergo a transformation and emerge as Luna Galaxy, becoming a key player in the Galaxy Racer umbrella. As part of this collaboration, RTE, a digital media entertainment company, aims to acquire Galaxy Racer, leading to a grand rechristening to Celestial. The primary objective behind this merger is to expedite expansion and establish a dominant media and sports conglomerate, specifically targeting the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and India.
