Esports Africa News (EAN) has partnered with Ghanaian handmade leather slippers and sandals company, Fash Slippers, to organise a FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) tournament set for July 15.

The competition is set to be hosted on the Esports Africa Tournament (EAT) platform and will see gamers battle for both bragging rights as well as customised leather slippers from Fash Slippers.

The Fash Slippers FUT Open Challenge continues EAN’s vision to not only bring you the best in African esports news but also support the emerging esports and gaming industry on the continent.

The media house back in May kicked off its High School Tour at the St. Martin’s Senior High School (SHS) where they introduced esports to the students of the SHS, as it looked to create awareness for the sport by introducing it to the various SHS of the West African nation.

Fash Slippers is a hand-made leather brand in Ghana that was founded by Edna Frimpong, who also serves as the brand’s Creative Director. The brand focuses on making quality, comfortable, and durable footwear for all its clients.
