Fathers honoured at Arena 233
Esports Africa News (EAN) in partnership with GiiKs Game City (GGC) held a Fathers Day FIFA 22 tournament yesterday June 19 dubbed the “Win 4 Dad Challenge” at the Arena 233 Esports Centre in Accra, Ghana.
The competition brought together eight of the country’s best FIFA gamers to do battle for the GH₵500 ($62.74) prize pool.
After over four hours of intense battle, OGDrizzy11 came out on top to claim the GH₵250 ($31.37) first-place prize defeating Chef Jeff – who had to settle for the second-place prize of GH₵150 ($18.82) – 2-1 in the Grand Finals.
I didn’t change anything, I was just going with the flow. I don’t change my tactics unless maybe it is really difficult but Jeff is not much for me.

PlayProvince’s BigUps claimed the third-place prize of GH₵100 ($12.55) after beating Marrin 3-2 on penalties in the third-place Playoff of the Fathers Day Challenge.
