The National and Regional Qualifiers for the maiden edition of the International Africa Gaming Cup (IAGC) are set to kick off over the weekend of April 23.

The qualification phase of the competition is set to take place online from April to June 2022 as the various regions (Northern, Western, Central, Eastern and Southern Africa) look to identify their best players to compete at the continental Grand Final in Cotonou, Benin.

The IAGC is organised by the technological platform, Nicecactus in collaboration with AfriGamers and is set to see gamers compete in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile, Clash Royale and Tekken 7 for a combined prize pool of $100,000.
