The Oceania Esports Development Federation boasts a prominent leadership team that will drive its mission forward. Alongside President Rebecca Smith, Eric J. Blas, the President of the Guam Esports Federation, will serve as Vice President. Additionally, Duane Mutu, Vice President of the New Zealand Esports Federation and a member of the GEF Education, Culture, and Youth Commission, has been appointed as the Secretary-General.

With a highly experienced leadership team at its helm, the Oceania Esports Development Federation is well-positioned to nurture and guide the esports community in the region. The federation’s primary focus will be on providing necessary resources, education, and support to Oceania’s esports enthusiasts, creating a strong foundation for sustainable growth and development.

The GEF’s commitment to fostering a globally connected esports community is now further amplified with the establishment of the Oceania Esports Development Federation. By joining forces with other continental federations, the GEF is ensuring that the world of esports thrives as resources and opportunities are made accessible to all.

As the Oceania Esports Development Federation sets out on its mission to empower and educate the region’s esports community, it is clear that the global esports movement continues to gain momentum. With Bex Smith leading the way, Oceania’s esports landscape is poised for a bright and prosperous future.
