Registrations Open for Crown Battle
Registration for the maiden edition of the Clash Royale tournament “Crown Battle” is officially open. The competition is set to kick off on Saturday, June 11 at the Esports Academy in Haatso, Accra.
The competition which is being organised by the Esports Academy in partnership with PopOut, Playdium, and the Esports Association, Ghana (EAG) will see gamers battle it out for a prize pool of GH₵1,000 ($127.50)
The top three finishers will receive medals along with a cash prize, with the first place securing GH₵500 ($63.75), second place getting GH₵300 ($38.25) and third place earning GH₵100 ($12.75).
According to the organisers of the Crown Battle, one of the main purposes of holding the competition is to build a community of Clash Royale gamers across the continent.
This championship seeks to also build a community of Clash Royale gamers across Africa so they can share ideas, learn from each other and build the skills to be competitive globally.
Statement from the organisers of the upcoming Crown Battle
If you are interested in participating in the maiden edition of the Crown Battle, here are some of the Terms and Conditions you will have to follow;
- Only registered gamers will be allowed to participate in this maiden or other editions of Crown Battle.
- You must be above 18 years of age and of sound mind.
- You will use your own mobile phone and Clash Royale account for the competition unless you are provided with a mobile phone.
- You must not engage in betting with your games or any other participant’s game. You will be disqualified if we find out.
- You must arrive at the venue of the event on time since lateness can result in the forfeiture of slots or disqualification.
- No one will ask you to pay any registration fees for any Crown Battle events.
