The Second Edition Of Golden Hour 2v2 Launched

Giiks game city (GGC) in their quest to push gaming societies and gaming as a whole in the country on the 3rd of December launched the ‘Golden Hour’ at the 233 Arena. This competition is the third of its kind and the second edition of the ‘2v2 tournament’.The aim of the Golden Hour is to foster unity and team work among players and also build the gaming societies or gaming enthusiasts in Ghana.”It is not just about individuals playing games, this time around we want to challenge gamers into putting teamwork to practice, thereby the introduction of the 2v2″, Mr. Solomon Osei, a representative of Giiks game city said.

Teams participating in the Golden League tournament were represented by players and their coaches who were eager to know which teams they get to play with to begin strategezing for the competition which begins the next day.As part of the launch, there was an unveiling of teams to participate in the gaming tournament and balloting to place teams into groups. In all, 16 teams are to be balloyted into 4 groups to compete in the tournament and win the grand prize.”We came prepared for this tournament and we can assure our competitors that we are going to win” Wonderkid representing the A Team said during an interview with eSports Africa News.
